Scott Hollon

Project Manager

Scott has over 20 years of experience in the multi-family housing industry in a range of exciting roles including new construction from the ground up, renovation of multiple sites and takeover management.  Some of his favorite roles include Philanthropy Committee, Family Homestead Group, Employee Engagement Committee, employee cross training and capital improvement and planning.

Originally from Indianapolis, Scott has worked with several Denver based companies and joined the RTB team in February of 2016.  As Director of Facilities Management he is responsible for the oversight of all the community maintenance operations.  His responsibilities include the hiring and on-boarding of service technicians and supervisors, development and training of all maintenance processes and ensuring that all community service teams have the resources needed to complete resident service requests.

Scott works very closely with the management teams as well to ensure that all resident maintenance requests are being completed in a timely manner and spends his time on site at each property assisting wherever he is needed.
